SHIPPING & RETURNS

- Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Typical delivery for some items such as shoes can take 15-25 days.
- Christian G'Lore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays).
Returns Policy:
- We accept returns for items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns will be accepted for the following reasons:
- Errors caused by Christian G'Lore in the order (e.g., wrong item shipped, missing items).
- We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during the shipping process.
- We do not accept returns for items damaged by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or improper storage.
- Items with visible signs of wear and tear.
- Personalized/Customized items.

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where Christian G'Lore is at fault.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where Christian G'Lore is at fault.
