  • 3. Do you have a physical store, or are you exclusively online? We are primarily online but we are based in St. Louis and have a small location our customers can visit.
  • 4. Can I visit your showroom to see the items in person? You can see items in person if you are in St. Louis.

  • 5. Are all the products designed exclusively by Tim and Keacha Seddens? Yes, all of  products are designed exclusively by Tim and Keacha.
  • 6. Can I request customization for any of your items? Yes you can however we do not design trademarked logos or images, etc.
  • 7. How can I choose customizations for a particular item? Send the team an email with your order number and let them know what you want customized. For example, you may want a name, phrase, certain color combination, etc. If you want an image or logo that you own you will want to send that image in a png, pdf, or jpeg, jpg format with at least 1500X1500 pixels.
  • 8. Do you offer size guides for your clothing and shoes? Yes, many of the items have list a size guide for clothing and shoes.

Ordering FAQs:

  • 9. How do I place an order on your website? Simply click the "add to cart" or "buy it now" buttons once you've selected the item you want to purchase and follow the prompts after that.
  • 10. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed? You can make changes to items up to 24 hours after you placed. After that, no changes can be made to your order.
  • 11. Is it possible to cancel an order? What's the cancellation policy? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order cannot be cancelled.
  • 12. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes for orders? We do not provide gift wrapping. We can provide personalized notes by emailing us at info@christiangalore.com once you placed your order, Let us know you want a personalized note and list the order number in the email.

  • 13. What are your shipping options, and how long does delivery typically take? Depending on your items, there may shipping options available and shipping can take 15-25 days depending on the item you purchased.
  • 14. Is tracking available for shipped orders? Yes, once your order is placed, processed, and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • 15. Do you offer international shipping? We are currently only offering shipping in the United State. We hope to expand very soon.
  • 16. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe? You will want to call or email the team with your order number to inquire about the delay.

  • 18. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color? Yes, as long as it's within the first 24 hours after you placed your order. After will have to wait until you receive your order then follow the return policy.

  • 20. Is there a restocking fee for returns or exchanges? There is a 25% restocking fee for items that have been customized unless the return reason is due to an error caused by Christian G'Lore.
